C. Complaints of Sexual Misconduct, Including Sexual Harrasment, Against any Member of the University Community

Complaints of sexual misconduct against a student can be made to the Office of Student Conduct or a Deputy Title IX Coordinator and will be addressed in accordance with the Discrimination, Harassment, and Sexual Misconduct Policy and procedures.
Complaints of sexual misconduct against a faculty or staff member can be made to the Office of Institutional Equity or a Deputy Title IX Coordinator and will be addressed in accordance with the Discrimination, Harassment, and Sexual Misconduct Policy and procedures.
